Unless you have kept the old box, I do not believe there should be any change to your contract or cost. Assuming you did qualify for the fee upgrade?
The VM forum team will probably not be able to deal with this for you and, in any case, will take about a week to respond. You need to phone in during the day (weekdays I think?) and follow the menus to thinking of leaving us. This should get you to a UK team who can look into this for you. (They deal with more than just leaving).

I am sorry to hear you are getting an extra charge when doing the free V6 upgrade, this should not be the case.

Sorry to hear you are being charged when this is a free upgrade, I have already replied on the other thread you made regarding this.
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
