Why start a new thread to cover the problem outlined in this thread and that we are still experiencing?

Some sort of constructive reply would be nice.

I think the community is better served by having the original thread answered rather than searching multiple threads to get a "potential" solution to the same problem.

I reported this as a fault by phone last Saturday and was told that neither first or second tier support were aware of the problem but would now research it and I should expect an update on this thread by midweek.
Doesn't appear to have happened.

Getting more and more used to broken promises from VM!

Hi all, we are aware that there was an issue with suggestions not recording for some customers, a fix for this was deployed at the start of this week. If anyone is still affected by this, can you reboot the box and then let me know if there's an improvement please?

Thanks for your replies, can I double check that you have performed a mains reset and your settings are as per below ? 

Home>Help & Settings>Settings>Recordings =Yes, Record when there’s space

Home>Help & Settings>Devices>Power Saving Settings = Always on or Snooze (suggestions on)
