Have you tried turning the feature off and then back on to see if this helps?

Yes I tried switching the feature on and off but it made no difference.

Hi,

My V6 has the same symtoms, is only a few weeks old and is only using about 25% space.

I too need to know whats the problem is and how to resolve it!

Hi All,

I'd like to gather some details from those of you who are experiencing this issue.  If you don't mind replying back with the following information please:

* Space left on hard drive.

* If you have more than 1 box, does it affect 'all' or just 1 box?

* What is the Standby Mode feature set to currently? You can find out how to check via Standby Settings on your Virgin TV box

* Confirm if you have tried turning off 'Suggestions' off and then 'ON' again.  If not, give this a try please.

* Checked 'Planned Recordings' and 'Hiccups' folder. State if there are any errors in there?

Collette,
Details:
HD has 70% space available
We have 2 boxes only one being affected
Have tried all standby settings
Suggestions switched on and off
Planned recordings seem to be ok
Hiccups is a shambles with comments made about every recording

72% free

x2 TiVo boxes - original TiVo box suggestions work, New V6 box no suggestions.

Have tried all standby modes and have switched suggestions on and off

Planned recordings are okay. 

I am away from home at the moment so cannot see the hiccups folder but do not remember any problems with this. I will check when I return.

Overall the V6 seems be working perfectly except for the empty suggestions folder.

Hi all, 

And many thanks for replying with the requested information.  I have now compiled this together and sent this off to the teams working on this.  We will be gathering the same information from other sources as well so once we have more information we'll be able to get this moving forward.
