V6 streaming to TV Anywhere

I previously had tv anywhere set up and working on TiVo. We have just had an upgrade to V6 but now I can watch neither live tv nor recordings via the app. I have rebooted the v6 and reinstalled the app. I have also reregistered my iPad as a device but when I try to stream I get a message "Problem Streaming. There is a problem streaming this show. ". It goes on to suggest I try again in a bit or download. Neither of these options works. Do I need to change a setting on the V6? I was not provided with any kind of instruction manual when the box was fitted.

I self installed SH3 that the engineer hadn't been told to do, despite it being on my contract confirmation, and streaming now seems happier.

I spoke too soon.  I'm getting a message again saying that it can't stream Smiley Sad

Sorry to hear it's stopped working!

So we can figure out what's going on, can you tell me the following:-

  • How is your V6 box connected to the network? 
  • What lights can you see on the front of the box?
  • Do you get any error message/ code on screen?

V6 is connected via Ethernet and has the standard "white" light on the front. Tv anywhere was giving an error message at the start of streaming but when I have opened the app to copy the message it now just says "box not responding" and the app won't go any further.
