We were upgraded to V6 box last October
we were not given the correct remote for the box instead we were issued the old TIVO remote
I would like the new remote so that we can pair it to the box to enable Bluetooth as the IR does not work through the glass of our tv cabinet
I would like to know we were not provided with the correct remote in the first place and the HDMI cable was not replaced either
Simply phone in and ask for the correct remote.
