I received an email on 15/01/17 informing me that I would be contacted within 48 hours to confirm installation details, cost, etc., and to date I have heard nothing.

Did you book online? I would ring them. Online bookings are iffy and even if you rang and booked, I would ring them back.

Thanks for that. I called them and you were correct, there have been problems with the online system.
All sorted now and my new box was installed on Friday.
