V6 error v312

I have had two boxes installed yesterday and both are pretty quick. The issue I have is that Netflix isn't working and comes up error v312 when you click on it. All other apps work and the boxes are both hard wired to the network any one help I spoke to support who told me to wait and see if it cleared but it hasn't thanks

Re: V6 error v312

Are you using your own router or just the SH2/3?

Re: V6 error v312

Hi I was using my own but have read some suggesting using the hub so have connected the super hub 3 back as a router and it made no difference and I have also rebooted every device three times

Re: V6 error v312

You need to try and connect to the SH3, set that to router mode - and then reboot all three before trying.

Also seen it said that Ethernet is then more succesful than WiFi.

Once it works for the first time you can go back to your original settings.

Re: V6 error v312

Hi Charlieb1974

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment.

I've located your account and can see you've given our team a call to discuss this issue, some hits were sent to  your set top box and you were able to access the Netflix application.

If anything has changed since then, get in touch and I'll do what I can to help.

Take care

Craig
