I installed my new v6 box today everything went fine. So after I connected the old Tivo box upstairs but its not working. The sales man I spoke to said all I have to do is unplug the standard box and replace it with the TiVo which is not true as it's not working. The message on my TV says to call 150 I called and waited 12 minutes then gave up as all I could hear was music. I will try and call after work tomorrow but I feel very disappointed. I thought it was going to be straight forward. Has anyone else experienced this?
