V6 box jumps after pausing

[ Edited ]
New to Virgin. V6 box seems to jump after pausing. When rewinding that part of the programme is blank. When giving up and then just watching again the screen keeps pixalating very badly. Help!

Re: V6 box jumps after pausing

Hi Rkeogh13,

Welcome to the Community!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your V6 box.

Do this issue affect all of your boxes or just the one? Does the box jump every time you rewind or is it intermittent?

Speak soon

Josh

Re: V6 box jumps after pausing

Hi Josh,

Thanks for getting back to me. It's just this box and is intermittent. I have noticed that when recording more than one programme then affects the quality of live tv; I.e. More pixelation etc.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Regards,
Ross

Try changing the video output settings may be your tv is supporting a different frequency.
