V6 box freezes and broadband speeds

Hi i have had my v6 boxes for a month now after swapping from sky after 13 years 

to be honest i am not impressed at all if the V6 box is  waking up mode then it freezes and i have never got 200mbps speed 

on demand hardly works 

really unhappy customer

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your V6 and broadband.

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004836381). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 3rd May 2017.

I've also picked up and issue with your Upstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
