V6 box crashing

I've had my V6 box since they came out in December and it's recently started crashing. It was only now and again over the last few weeks, but it's crashed each day since Monday. This evening it slowed to a crawl and stopped responding completely. Switching off and on usually clears it, but it's obviously a bit of a pain to have to go through that. Auto standby is switched off, in case that makes any difference.
