V6 Box

Hello all,

I have just had my Virgin media fitted (Full house package) which I ordered just before Christmas and although I am happy with the services I am really disappointed that I did not get the new V6 box. Is it worth looking into getting the V6 or should I just stick with what I have? I have a 4K TV and wondered if I ma missing out by not having the V6 box.

This is my first post and I hope it is in the right place.

I would be calling up to cancel due to not getting the v6 and see if they can get one for you, the v6 is night and day compared to the regular tivo

Thanks for your reply, do you know if the customer service the best place to ring and what the customer service is like as being a new customer I have not had any experience of them?

You have a 14 day cooling off period so best to speak to cancellations
