V6 Box has slowed right down, crashed with error C501

The V6 box has slowed down with buffer ring for an indefinite time. So have to switch off. Done this now for 5 times in a day. All started last night when box went into channel reload. Anybody have what C501 means.

Try the service status check.

Mines the same and service status is showing an error with on demand and catch up, estimated fix tomorrow. Seems to be a wide-scale issue judging by the amount of messages about it on here tonight.

Yes fixed today for speed but still getting a blank black screen so have to turn off to get it back. C501 error has gone away. Box is still not stable as have to reset quite a lot.
