Reset the remote and it still doest work!

Hi adosborne83,

 

I can see that you've spoken to the team since your post but this is also a known fault NKE00008646 which I have logged on your account.

 

Reboot the V6 box by the mains as this should be a temporary fix until this issue is resolved.

I noticed a similar issue the other day immediately after testing the alarm feature of the remote, when I pressed channel up or down the light on the remote blinked twice and same with the box and it was all very sluggish. Taking the batteries out and putting them back in fixed it.
