V6 Box Buffering

Hi.

Only had my box for a few weeks but often (not always) the box is slow to navigate through the menus. I often get the purple buffering circle on, especially when trying to search or use on demand.

Any help please?

I'm sorry to hear your TiVo® has been running slow every so often. 

 

Do you notice this happening at particular times or is it random? 

Is there any pattern to when the slowness occurs? 

 

Try turning the TiVo® off and leaving off for a few minutes before powering back on at the mains. This will help refresh things and should help speed it up Smiley Happy
