Ugly Vigin 4k Box

Why is the new Virgin 4k Box (Sky Q equivalent) so fat n ugly.

As a stylish person who likes everything to be neat & compact.

With my living room about to be refurbished with the latest minimal look.

I suggest you people te-think your stupid fat design.

I am so upset about it. I will almost certainly leave Virgin if you cannot design
Something more stylish and slimmer.

What is it,Virgin's answer to the return of the 'Fat Back TV'?

Next year around Mid March I intend to buy an Oled 4k Tv super slim design.
I'll give ya till then..

Get it sorted..Your design is out if date before its available.. lol

You could of at least asked Conran to design it..

PATHETIC.

Yeah, lets do things the Apple way.

Style over substance.

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

Re: Ugly Vigin 4k Box

it's a tiny square box about the size of a mac mini, how much more compact would you like it to be?

Re: Ugly Vigin 4k Box

Also a square black box with a single light on the front sounds pretty minimalist to me

Surely style is entirely subjective?

Re: Small and Smart Virgin 4k Box

Surely it's what's on the inside that counts?

But not only is it small, but if you really don't want to look at it, you can just pop it in a cupboard and the remote will still work.

Re: Small and Smart Virgin 4k Box

Yes they obviously had a small budget when it came to designing the sorry looking thing, especially in contrast to Tivo's ( https://www.tivo.com ) own boxes where the design look to be to over the top.

Re: Small and Smart Virgin 4k Box

I can't see anything wrong with the shape and, if it has no vents on top like the Tivo, then I could put it in the Tivo's place where I could also either stack my Amazon Fire and Now TV boxes on top of it or place them side by side.

I like the stack idea.
