Hi I keep getting C501 error .I am on my third TiVo box in 3 months and things are getting worse also tv anywhere will not connect from my phone.
I pay over £140 per month and the service is garbage how about a rebate.
Just been on hold for 20 mins and give up shocking!!!
Try a HARD reboot on the box (Power off for a few minutes and restart).
You can also try the following.
Help & Settings (Then)
Connect To The Virgin Media Service Now.
Can take anything from a few minutes for an hour to process.
You could also try clearing out the cache to see if this cleares the errors.
Grab the remote and do the following.
