TiVo v6 box

I have error code 7400 on my upstairs box only have channels 1-5 but can't get anything else.

This means the box is not active on the cable network and you must call in to get it activated.

There are generally two reasons for this.

It's a new box, delivered for self-install, and you have never phoned to get it activated.

You have had the box powered off for some time which will de-activate it.
