TiVo installation

I have had no TV service for 3 days since I had my new t6 box fitted. Meant to be national problem as it will not verify installation. C119 is error code. Anybody else out there with the problem?

According to a different thread, that is fixed for many.. try rebooting the V6 and leaving off for a couple mins then turn it back on.. see if the starting up begins again.
