Synch issues

Hi , I have LG soundbar connected by optical cable direct to TV, it is seriously out of synch. My sky box is still connected while contract runs out and there are no problems with that

Thanks for posting.

 

It's difficult to determine why this is happening with third party equipment because there are so many different makes and models but all we can do is try to run through some diagnostics.

 

Are there any particular channels this is happening on and if you remove the soundbar and just use the TV are you still experiencing any sound problems?

 

Please let me know if you were able to resolve this issue.
