Although you’re at home, are you sure your mobile is WiFi-connected and not using mobile data?
Do any of the icons have an explanation mark over them?

Are you able to control your V6 from the app? Say, change channels, as you need to be on the same network for that.
OK. Back to basics.
Which Superhub do you have and how is your V6 connected to it?
...then I suggest the standard change. Separate the single SSID into one each for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi bands and ensure you connect your V6 to the 5GHz band.
You will need to logon to the Hub 3.0 and go to Advance settings then Wireless and Security. Simply change the SSID for the 5GHz band by adding something like -5. You can leave the password the same.
