Streaming Prerecorded Programs and DRM

Just had my new V6 box installed and the old TiVo moved to another room. I can see the old TiVo on the V6 and see all the files on it but nothing will play - just comes out with "Content Provider does not allow streaming" Tried BBC, ITV, Sky C4 recorded programs and nothing runs. Any way to fix this or is Virgins claim of record on one box and watch on another connected to the same network not true? The old TiVo is cabled to the hub whilst the V6 is connected wirelessly to the same hub.

Re: Streaming Prerecorded Programs and DRM

It used to take up to 24 hours for the accounts to settle down fully and the TiVo to be correctly assigned.

After then all should work fine.
