Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you've mentioned with your service.

 

What happens when you try to access Netflix? Are you able to watch anything on there? I've not been able to accurately locate your account to be able to take a look so if you're still experiencing this issue, let me know and we'll take a closer look.
