Sorry to read you are having an issue with the TV Service.
In regards to this issue, I think we should arrange an engineer appointment to check this over for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
Mines was sorted with an engineer call out mate, was apparently installed incorrectly per the 2nd engineer. The wiring was also wrong which could have easily caused a fire through overheating. Just glad I never held off any longer.
