Re: Sky sports uhd on virgin uhd box

I am sure VM will do their utmost to get it as they know it's the biggest selling point. If they don't,my feeling is they lose huge amount of customers

Which is why Sky & BT will hold on to it for as long as possible to try to get people to switch to them.

Sky sports HD
BT sports HD

One of the reasons I left VM for Sky several years ago, apart from the awful V+, was that Sky Sports was not available in HD. If I remember correctly, it took a couple of years to get that sorted out.

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

Re: Sky sports uhd on virgin uhd box

What a bunch of pessimistic fish wives. They sort it. Remember sky still make money from VM customers by serving the rest of the sky channels (and there are quite a few the last i saw)to them

Re: Sky sports uhd on virgin uhd box

I'm sure it will come along at some point, no doubt though you'll have to pay extra for it.

I've not seen any Sky / BT 4K sports content, is it any good?

On what basis is it 'worth it'?

I presume, with that opinion, you will be moving to Sky at the earliest opportunity?
