Sky Sports Red Button

When I press the red button on my new Virgin V6 on sky sports 1-5, I get a white screen saying this:

HTTP Status 404 - /prodcontent/tivoextra/app/sportsapp.html

Message: /prodcontent/tivoextra/app/sportsapp.html

Description: The requested resource (/prodcontent/tivoextra/app/sportsapp.html) is not available.

I would be grateful for anyone's help.

Please also see thread specifically about the Masters. We all have the problem whether on V6 or TiVo. I have watched the Masters coverage like this for a number of years both as a Sky customer and more recently as a VM customer. I spoke with the help desk and tried to escalate the problem, speaking with a very charming Welsh guy in 2nd line support, he confirmed the fault was logged but that there was no way of knowing when it would be addressed. I tried to call Augusta to get them to delay the play until Virgin Media catch up but couldn't get through ;-)

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with this.

 

We recently had an issue with the Red Button on Sky Sports that has since been resolved. Let us know if you get any more trouble!
