Could my sh2ac be swapped for a sh3 on same day as v6 install ? My sh2's wifi keeps dropping and have to reset at least once a week also it seems to be getting warm.
Hi, I asked for the SuperHub3 when I ordered the V6. It took him awhile to put the order through but said it would come with the engineer.
Anyway have had V6 box fitted today but he said the SuperHub 3 was not on his order sheet, but he phoned and checked and they had it listed, so we did get one in the end

In order for the Superhub 3 to be installed, you'll need to upgrade to this beforehand.
Speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can add it to your V6 Installation order. Unless you've done this before hand, the engineer won't be able to do the work.
