We have only had our Virgin set for a few days, but neither of the V6 boxes respond to key presses from their respective remote controls. We cannot even switch them on for long periods. The "tech" reply of switching off and back on at the mains makes no difference. I have tried the online chat service - never available - and holding on the phone for ages. Fortunately we are still in our 14 day grace period. Any suggestions most welcome.
