I haven't been able to register for the new box and when I phoned VM a few weeks ago as my current TIVO box kept crashing I told them I wasn't able to register and asked if I could put my name down but was told they had no idea when the new box would be available and that I would have to wait, yet obviously that isn't the case as many people have registered and are getting this new box.
This morning I phoned again and asked if I could order one and was told I will have to wait till January as I didn't register an interest. Can't say I was very impressed when I have done my utmost to register an interest
