Register

Hello All,

How should we register our interest in the new box? When I try it comes up with I am not found?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue registering your details. 

 

I've gone ahead and added you manually now so no need to worry. Your interest has been noted. 

 

Something tells me there will be an announcement on the V6 box for existing customers this week Smiley Wink

I'd assume that seeing as we only entered surname and postcode there would be no way to contact people unless via letter. I guess there will be details on here somewhere

I was called on my landline which is a VM number.

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

We use the details from the form to locate your account and then call you based on your contact information Smiley Happy

 

The information from the Community will more than likely be delivered via the Community in this thread here: V6 Box

 

We'll also announce it on our Facebook and Twitter pages. 

 

I'm also here full time so you'll more than likely see lots of posts from me regarding it Smiley Happy

That will mean, if I get a call, they will try me on my VM home phone - however I will be at work.  Is there a way to register my mobile number for this?

We won't just use the VM Landline number. We will use any numbers you have given us previously too Smiley Happy 

 

The great news is that from Tomorrow you can order the box online via My Virgin Media. Or if you really can't wait that extra day, give us a call today on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and we can take your order over the phone Smiley Happy

I haven't been able to register for the new box and when I phoned VM a few weeks ago as my current TIVO box kept crashing I told them I wasn't able to register and asked if I could put my name down but was told they had no idea when the new box would be available and that I would have to wait, yet obviously that isn't the case as many people have registered and are getting this new box.

This morning I phoned again and asked if I could order one and was told I will have to wait till January as I didn't register an interest.  Can't say I was very impressed when I have done my utmost to register an interest Smiley Frustrated

Hi Lyn, 

 

Thanks for your post and I'm really sorry to hear that you've been told you're not able to upgrade to the V6 box. This is incorrect and simply not true. 

 

There was many people who had an issue registering. I managed to put any through manually who reported it here however there are still others who were unable to. 


As an existing customer you are able to order the box online from tomorrow or call again 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can upgrade you today.
