Since installation on demand has never worked as advertised v202 and 319 errors.
I am not receiving as service advertised as part of my contract (on demand content) and customer support have been unable to provide a resolution to this matter.
Therefore can only assume this is a permanent loss of service therefor entitled to end my agreement without penalty. I am unable to discuss this matter via telephone, live chat not available and require a resolution to the matter asap.
I'm afraid you'll have to find a way of telephoning. You cannot deal with this on the forum, the mods on here aren't allowed to deal with termination of contract. Do you have a virgin phone line? If so call 150 for free and press the buttin for 'thinking of leaving'
