After numerous issues with the V6 (failed remote, failed replacement remote, pixelation, no on demand, poor bb speeds, no access to recorded shows etc) and the return of the 16% screen, I decided to call and get a fresh install arranged as the original, botched up one is obviously sub-standard re my previous messages and contact with CS.
Spoke with a delightful young lady who 'promised' to call back before 1pm yesterday with a VM engineer appt...

This is the latest in a long line of failures and false promises made to me and I am fast running out of patience guys and gals and my £2000 pa spend with VM is about to be moved if not resolved in a timely manner.
