Hi we had our v6 box fitted a couple of weeks ago but when we play back recorded shows we get horrendous pixelation of the picture. We saw another customer had the same issue and had to have an engineer out. Can you help with this?
All of a sudden I have been getting bad pixelation/picture break up this afternoon on BBC1HD (Pointless), ITVHD (news at 6 and Emmerdale). Any ideas why this has just started happening. I have restarted my box and connected to VM
I have had quite a lot of pixelation this week from Monday afternoon onwards. BBC1HD, ITV1HD, C4HD, Sky1HD and Alibi HD are the channels I have noticed it on. Also for the last two evenings my internet/wifi has been down for half hour periods (the red arrows symbol showing on V6). So far I have connected to Virgin Media and restarted my box via the Settings app several times.
I have, as you requested just unplugged the power from my box and rebooted so I will monitor the picture during the course of the day.
