Out of sync

My virgin v6 is out of sync on all HD channels can any one help

How is your V6 set up are you using a sound system or is it connected directly via the TV?

It's connected straight to the TV and is getting worse

Thanks for getting back to us!

If you're there's no third party sound equipment being used then we'll need a technician to take a look. I've also picked up an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted.

I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to fix this for you.

Hi my v6 box is out of sync with the sound on my to, seems to be getting worse...there is also no third party connections sound wise connected to the tv

Hi i also have this issue i had a technician around on saturday but it seems even worse today.
