Ordering self installation online

Does anybody know how you order the V6 self installation online, I have checked with customer services and it is available but when going through the online order it only shows the engineer option and the two possible days.

Don't order anything online IMO far too many online orders have gone awry and people not getting what they order. Call Virgin.

There is no self install for the V6

Yes there is now.. not sure if it is all areas, but yes.. quite a few here had self install.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble ordering a V6 online.

 

Although V6 boxes are available for Quickstart, this isn't available for all areas just yet. To make sure you're eligible for V6 Quickstart, I recommend giving the team a call on 150 from a Virgin landline or 0345 454 1111.

It is available, that is why I posted to that effect in my first post, but there is no quickstart option in the online ordering, just the two engineer options.

Sorry about this, I'll report this to our web team in case of an error right away.

 

In the mean time, to get the V6 box ordered I'd recommend following Josh's instructions and give our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other.
