Not a good start!
I have recently moved over from Sky but starting to get annoyed with the service already!
On Demand is not working, I keep getting the error On Demand temporarily Unavailable please try again! (error code 407), checked my service status which is showing green with no issues.
My Telephone has not worked since installation earlier this week, the engineer advised that it can take 24 hours but it's been over 2 days and still no joy.
Anyone else had similar issues and is their any suggestions will be helpful.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your services.
I've checked the network and everything is looking clear on this end. Are you able to test a different handset in the socket? This is just to rule out the equipment as the cause of the fault.
Also, does the On Demand error affect all areas of On Demand or just specific programs?

The phone is now working after I checked the cables and they were not connected correctly by the engineer.
On Demand is still not working, i have tried this on Movies and general TV like EastEnders, Hollyoaks etc.
Not best pleased to be quiet honest, this was one of the features we liked, hence moved away from SKY.

Glad to hear the landline is working again. Let's see if we can sort out the On Demand.
Do you still get the same error when you access On Demand?
Are you able to access any programs or is the whole thing locked out?
Do you get any issues with live channels?
