I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue viewing iPlayer content via your V6 box. Checking any known issues, I'm not seeing this as one of them. I've also not seen any reports so far about this
Can you tell me a little bit more about your setup?
How are you connecting the V6 to your TV? Via HDMI? Optical Cable? Any 3rd party equipment in between such as surround sound?
If via HDMI, try switching the socket or the lead. Has this made any difference?
