No confirmation Email

I have signed up for two V6 boxes to be installed on Monday next. I'm a little concerned that I haven't received any confirmation from VM. I've read about customers receiving confirmation emails about their installation details. 

Is it normal to get confirmation by email?

I have always received a message on my mobile phone when I have appointments with virgin people to which you send a reply to state you will be in. Regards Micky

Ooops! Please disregard. Thanks to another forum member I checked under "My Orders" under my account on the VM website and there was confirmation there about my upgrade on Monday next. No details, just that I would be upgraded.

I received an email yesterday confirming Monday afternoon for technician's visit.
