No 'On Demand' or 'catch up' TV

Hi, I've had a VM installation today, BB plus 2 x V6 boxes, primary box took the engineer a call back to base to get working, secondary box worked fine immediately and also had On Demand and Catch Up before he left. However, on the primary box I am still waiting for On Demand or Catch Up to work? It's now been 4 hours and still waiting, I've tried restarting the box but to no effect, help please?

It can take 12 or more hours.. I didn't get catchup etc until the next morning

Thanks! I tried again today and still the same, that was 24hs after the install. I did a reset and that didn't work, then I did a reconnect to Virgin Media Services and hey presto!

Hi hope this works for you, it did for me.
Press home on your remote
Select help and settings
Select settings
Select devices
Select power savings
There is three suggestions, I changed it to the bottom one eco low power.
The reason I tried this was when I 1st installed the v6, everything was working, I then changed the settings and catch up and on demand stopped working.
