New to Virgin,keep getting apps unavailable!

Hi I'm a new customer in the last week(full house vivid 200) keep getting app unavailable every time(never seen it work yet) on demand as well some work most don't any ideas please? Thanks in advance.

Can you confirm the error you are getting? Is it A01?

Errors, yes Ao1 also 319.

How is your V6 box connected to the network? 

On the front of your box do you have 2 white lights or 1 white and one red/flashing amber?
