New contract

Agree new contract today and was told would cost £78.63 per month. Confirmation email has come through and monthly charge is showing as £87.25 per month. Can you explain please?

Does it not list the component parts of your contract? Mine did. You should be able to work it out.

Apologies to hear that your new contract isn't set out as agreed. Have you been able to call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 yet? If not, give them a ring so they can see what's happened.
