Hello, Having issues with new install, C133 error is showing. Following install 3 days ago, initially all services were available, after the error message appeared I resetted the Hub3 and then the V6. Then tried force connection in settings, and repeated this the next day. Also tried running a test from My.virginmedia, but service unavailable, no known issues in my area. Tried all this for a third time this morning, so at abit of a loss.

I've located your account to run some tests and take a closer look, we're not detecting any errors at the moment and I can see that the appointment that was arranged has been cancelled, so I hope this means that things are working as they should at the moment?
