I am a new customer, literally, not even had my first bill yet and I didn't get a Netflix 6 months code?

Checking the account, I'm not seeing any mention of the 6 months free Netflix offer. 

 

Do you have any thing on your Order Confirmation showing this was included so I can chase this for you Smiley Happy

No there is nothing on my order confirmation but the offer was definitely valid when I booked? I have checked my package and was definitely eligible!

Anything that was offered in your deal would be noted on the Order Confirmation. If it's not on there, either you selected a package that wasn't eligible or you took the package before the promotion started. 

 

Without this being on the Order Confirmation, we can't do anything I'm afraid.
