Netflix v6 box not functioning.

We have recently added a v6 box to our home ( 8 days ago).
The Netflix app does not appear to function. There is an error explaining it is loading and needs to reboot.
It has been rebooted but so far no luck.
I see others have had similar issues?

Also I note under ' my account' online it says we do not have a TV package.

Do you get standard TV channels (without worrying about Netflix just yet)?

Hi.

Yes no problems with the normal TV channels either on the V6 or the other Tivo box.

So sounds like the coax is okay but the network connection is ropey.

How is it connected to your HUB?

Hi.

V6 box is connected via wireless 802 network and DOCSIS coax.
Other apps, such as Iplayer do function okay.
