I know there are many threads on this issue but was wondering if anyone had a solution for my problem as i am not using another router and the SH2 is not in modem mode.
I've reset the router and even tried going into modem mode and then trying to check the DNS settings but i cannot get into the settings using the ip given.
I've reset the V6 too and still getting the same issues.
Any help would be much appreciated
I think this is a pretty serious bug and VM need to address it. I tried all the workaround suggestions in the main thread on this topic http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Virgin-TV-V6/V6-Netflix-App-not-working/td-p/3311148 and still have no Netflix on my Wi-Fi connected V6.

I have made the change for you now so if you can reboot your hub and V6 box and then try Netflix again, how do things look?

I'm just testing mate, will post if it works. But....you will get blocked from dodgy sites from what i can tel haha
Ok,,,,,so that works which is great but i'm really not happy i have to activate websafe just to get it to work.
Just turned off the child safe setting to see if Netflix still worked and it does. So just having the Virus setting on does still allow Netflix to work
That's interesting. I don't have Web Safe (no kids in this house) and don't use a PC. Any idea why Kath's fix worked?
