Netflix App V312 error

hi, I have a new V6 box and when I try and load the Netflix app I'm getting V312 code (Netflix is loading, try again) 

this has been happening for a week. Any thoughts on how to solve it? Thanks

Are you using your own router or the VM SuperHub?

Super Hub 2 in modem mode - Asus router 

V6 is connected via Ethernet power socket

Just to get Netflix running - plug it direct into the SH2 in router mode.

Once Netflix is initialised you should be able to go back to using your own router.
