N27 Error

Hi. I am getting the N27 Error on my V6 box... I've disconnected all cables, left them for ten mins and then rebooted the system but no change. I have also disconnected the modem and still no change. The buddy box in the bedroom does not seem to be effected (yet).

Any help would be appreciated
