Today was the day i thought i was going to get the V6 box installed i had the morning time slot and i did speak to virgin media on the 31/12/16 to confirm everything was still OK.
Today after waiting at home for four and half hours i phoned virgin media just to confirm the install was still going ahead was told yes the person i was speaking too said he would phone engineers to get approx time. Was then told that someone put 2/1/ 2018 instead of 2/1/2017 for the install date which means i stayed home like a dummy for over 5 hours for nothing then to be told next available install date was mid Feb.
Now i wonder if the error was at the time of my order or was it changed today as a cover up for the missed install i have no way of knowing and the complaints system Virgin Media is a joke.
This is the third time in a 12 month period the Virgin Media have big errors on my account
That is shocking.youd think they would make you a priority..
