Message to people with a "free" box

I am one of those who was phoned 2 weeks ago and offered a free V6 in place of a TiVo, which in my case was moved to replace a V+. Kath kindly checked my account and advised I hadn't been charged for installation or activation, but my package cost had been increased by £5 a month for the new box. I never gave consent for that, either on that initial call or since, so I've just phoned 150 to get that charge removed.

Can I suggest that anyone in the same position gets their account checked too, in case your package cost has been increased without your knowledge.

Just as a second note here, if you've been upgraded from a TiVo® then no monthly £5 charge would be added. This is only in the case of upgrading from a V HD or V+ box Smiley Happy
