Lip Sync Problem

I've had my V6 installed for a month and I am delighted with it so far. The speed and the extra tuners especially. However over the last 10 days or so I have noticed lip sync problems on both live tv and recordings. It seems fine early in the day but gets worse as the day wears on. I have tried rebooting the box which does help for a while but then it worsens. Is there anything else I can do or will a future software update address the problem.

Is the V6 directly connected to the Tv .

Have you tried a different HDMi port on the Tv.

Hi Quam256,

Thanks for your response.

My V6 is connected to my TV via my Oppo Blu-Ray player. This is the set up I've had for 18 months, my previous Tivo was connected in this manner with no adverse effects.

I have changed the HDMI port on the TV as you suggested and so far today (Saturday) there has been no issues so far

I've had this problem with my TiVo and V+ HD box for a week. I just put boxes into standby and start them up , all ok now.
