what program was it if you don't mind sharing,
and how is your V6 connected to your hub?
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you were having an issue viewing Netflix.
If you take your hub out of Modem Mode, reboot it then try connecting via Netflix again. Do you get the same issue as before?
Once you've tested that, put back in to Modem mode and reboot again. Things should continue to work for you.
